The Neighborhood Of Beverlywood

Beverlywood is bordered by Century City and Beverly Hills on the north, Cheviot Hills on the west, Culver City on the south and Robertson Blvd on the east. Beverlywood is an upscale neighborhood strategically placed near the heart of one of the world’s largest cities, and is the ideal home for anyone from couples raising families to retirees. The community is friendly and features tree-lined streets, lush green parks, fancy storefronts, sidewalk delis and cozy cafes for its residents. Almost all of Beverlywood's inhabitants live in single-family homes built between the 1920s and the 1950s, with the oldest homes in the areas near Beverly Hills.

Contained within the district's area is the Beverlywood Homes Association, considered one of the most powerful in Los Angeles. Homes located within the boundaries of the association generally sell for higher prices than those outside of it, perhaps due to the enforcement of restrictive covenants by the association. The boundaries of the association area are roughly Robertson Boulevard on the east, Airdrome Street on the north, Rancho Park on the west, and Cattaraugus Avenue on the south.

There is also a small concentration of multi-family condo dwellings mostly bordering Beverly Hills & Century City. They benefit from the lush surroundings and fantastic neighborhood amenities making them an affordable option to reside here.

The coastal communities of Santa Monica, Malibu and Venice are easily accessible from Beverlywood, making weekend getaways a routine for its residents. Also nearby is Hollywood, with its world-renowned city streets, opens several exciting doors for local residents to experience Los Angeles nightlife at its best.
